Our explosives manufacturing facilities incorporate sophisticated process control systems, including Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, to monitor and regulate the manufacturing process. SCADA systems use sensors and advanced algorithms to collect and analyse data in real-time, enabling operators to quickly identify and correct any issues that may arise.
In addition to advanced process control systems, our explosives manufacturing facilities employ advanced safety systems, including fire and explosion detection and suppression systems, to protect workers and equipment.

Advance ERP software of worldly known SAP company is installed to communicate between SCADA, PESO, Management team to safe guard operations to maintain high level transparency and accuracy in working.

Plant

  • A state of the art completely automatic plant.
  • All operations like Raw material handling, Production, Packaging and Final finished goods processing are done by SCADA controlled plant.
  • For Safe and High speed production, Cartridge packaging machines are imported from U.S.A. ( KP Machine from R.A. Jones, USA).

Safety Management Plan

JEPL Follow three ways of safety monitoring System :-
  • All operations are monitored by SCADA Software through various sensors (pressure and temperature transducers) and Flow meters installed as required at every stage of operations.
  • Local push button or Emergency stop button provided at each equipment to handle emergency situation.
  • Both Lightning earthing as well as Static charge earthing line is done to each and every equipment to avoid accidents.
  • Continuous training of the personnel in SOP’s and Safety practices in the industry.
